Red Bean Studio x Cafe
When coffee and photography became my two most reliable coping mechanisms, I figured I might as well combine them—turning the idea into a studio concept of my own.
The Red Bean Studio × Café is an annual pop-up that extends the core studio brand, creating a warm space for fellow photographers and past clients to connect over coffee. I defined and executed a cohesive brand vision across both the physical space and the user experience. This included creating a unified design system applied to menus, environmental signage, and spatial details—ensuring every touchpoint felt intentional, welcoming, and memorable.

CRAFTING A SIGNATURE DRINK
Our Red Bean Special is a modern take on a beloved Cantonese dessert—nostalgic, earthy, and refreshingly smooth. Softened, sweetened red beans settle at the base, layered with cool ice cubes and a gentle pour of creamy evaporated milk. A bold half shot of espresso finishes it off, creating a striking layered look and a rich blend of textures and flavours.
