TO A LIFETIME OF MAKING THINGS 🎉
01 — I’ve always been making things.
As a kid, I cut up a $100 bill and took markers to the curtains. My parents probably weren't convinced I'd make a career out of being creative, but the signs were there.
02 — Eventually, it became a career.
I’ve always loved being behind the screen designing, but along the way, I’ve also found a real spark for the work around the work — helping shape direction, connecting the dots, and working with different people to figure out how we can bring all the pieces together.
03 — Always making room for curiosity.
Some people get their thrill from jumping out of planes. I get mine from going down creative rabbit holes. I photograph things, make things, tinker with things, and chase whatever new idea has caught my attention lately. I like staying curious and seeing where each new idea takes me.
04 — A life full of stories.
I’ve always been drawn to stories — the people, places, and little details that make them memorable. Photography gives me an excuse to connect with people and chase those moments down. A few years ago, that side quest grew into Red Bean Studio, my photography practice focused on weddings, couples, and life’s little milestones.
